Villa Sul Lago

This house on Lake Washington, which enjoys spectacular views of Mt. Rainier as well, embodies the sophisticated character of a classic European masterpiece.  Thus ‘Villa Sul Lago’ was created.  The remarkable transition from a 60’s congested space planning arrangement to this gracious and functional layout took the space far beyond expectation.   Everything is now functional and enjoyable; whether taking in outdoor views, sitting in front of the fireplace or gathering over morning coffee.
